🌲 RV Pad & Boat Launch: Guest Rules & Guidelines 🌲

🚐 1. RV Pad & Utilities

Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. - 8 a.m. Please be respectful of nearby neighbors.

Connections: (Electric Plug in is roughly 20-30 ft from camper parking spot, extension cords may be needed) Ensure all water, and electric connections are securely hooked up. Please report any leaks immediately.

Trash & Waste: Do not leave trash outside overnight (to avoid attracting wildlife). Please haul trash after stay or we offer a pickup for $25

🚤 2. Boat Launch & Waterfront Safety

Launch Use: The boat launch available for day use only and is for registered guests only. Please launch and park trailers in the designated area.

Life Jackets: Safety first! Life jackets must be worn/available according to local boating laws.

Swimming: Swimming from the launch area is allowed at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

No Wake: Please maintain a no-wake speed (5-7 mph) within 50 feet approaching or leaving the launch area.

🔥 3. Campfire & Outdoor Etiquette

Fire Ring Only: Campfires are strictly permitted only within the provided fire pit.

Attendance: Never leave a campfire unattended. An adult must be present at all times until the fire is completely extinguished.

Extinguishing: Drown the fire with water and stir the ashes before going to bed or leaving the property. It should be cool to the touch.

🐾 4. Pets

Pets: Up to 1 pet allowed (contact management for exceptions) but must be kept on a leash when outside (unless swimming). Owners must pick up all pet waste immediately. No aggressive dogs allowed.
